A quality line of 280 poll merino ewe lambs which are freshening up quickly after shearing and enjoying the sun on their backs. These ewe lambs have had a 12% tail removed from the line at assessment which straightened them by removing lambs of smaller frame, signs of dermo, excess skin and inferior types.
These ewes will grow out into large framed breeding ewes given the opportunity on good feed and sound management. The Longbottom flock has been on Moorundie Bld for many years and breed a true to type
ewe that is easy care, fertile and grows plenty of quality wool. Realistic reserve set for these quality future breeding ewes.
