THESE WETHERS ARE BRED WITH A FOCUS ON MEAT CARCASE AS WELL AS WOOL GROWING ABILITY. THEY HAVE BOUNCED AHEAD SINCE WEANING AND ARE GROWING INTO NICE FRAMEY WETHERS WITH A QUALITY JACKET ON THEIR BACK. THE OLDER DROP SISTERS JUST CUT 4.5KG OF 17UM WOOL AT 8 MONTHS, WITH THE ADULT FLOCK AVERAGE 6.5KG OF 19UM WOOL ANNUALLY. THIS IS THE ENTIRE DROP OF WETHER LAMBS WITH A 20% TAIL REMOVED PRIOR TO ASSESSMENT. THE WETHERS HAVE BEEN RUNNING AS 2 MOBS BUT ASSESSED TOGETHER. MOB 1 WITH RED SPRAY ON RUMP, HAVE AD LIB ACCESS TO LICK FEEDERS WITH WHEAT, MOB 2, WITH A BLUE SPRAY ON RUMP HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO GRAIN.
