Annual sale of Poll Dorset x merino lambs 320 in total normally sold privately to a local repeat buyer but with the drying conditions he is unable to purchase them this year . So for the first time these lambs will go on the open market.
These lambs are very well bred being sired by Ellden Poll Dorset Rams out of large frame Yarrawonga blood Merino Ewes.
They are very sappy fresh lambs & will grow out to trade or export weights given the correct nutrition put in front of them.
Lambs averaged 27.2 kgs liveweight at assessment with a long 18 hour curfew.
