Buyers, to be offered for sale are 350 Poll Dorset X Border Leicester/Merino Feeder Lambs. Vendor bred lambs sired by Felix Poll Dorset rams out of well bred medium to large framed 1st X Ewes. Lambs averaged 44.5Kg at assessment and are in good forward store condition. Perfect feeder weights 38Kg to 58Kg. End of February shorn, averaging 1 inch in wool length. These lambs are normally grown out into good trade lambs and export lambs but due to the seasonal condition are being offered to the market. Plenty of time in these lambs being August/September drop. An ideal proposition to hit lucrative forward lamb contracts for the August/September period. A great opportunity to secure 4 decks of Vendor bred and well bred 2nd cross Lambs right in the slot to feed on. These lambs will not take long to finish given the opportunity on productive feed. A substantial tail was removed at assessment.
