A LINE OF YOUNG SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER DROP LAMBS WHICH ARE TRAINED TO BARLEY ON FEEDERS. THESE LAMBS ARE EAST LODDON AND TOLAND BLOOD WITH A HEAVY EMPHISES PLACE ON SELECTING FOR FAT, MUSCLE AND HIGH GROWTH RATES. THE LAMBS ARE WELL PLACED FOR FINISHING INTO THE PROMISNG LATE WINTER LAMB MARKETS. THIS MOB OF LAMBS ARE IN TRUE STORE CONDITION HAVING BEEN RUN IN THE BEECHWORTH AREA IN A VERY TOUGH AUTUMN AND COLD START TO WINTER I FEEL THEY WOULD RESPOND RAPIDLY TO BEING RUN ON CROP WITH GRAIN ASSISTANCE. A TAIL WAS REMOVED FROM THE MOB AT ASSESSMENT.
