Annual offering of outstanding weaned 2nd Cross Poll Dorset Sucker lambs. All lambs have been individually weighed 28-42kg and this represents the lead group of the Autumn drop group with a small tail retained. Lambs are ideal to shear and will continue to perform if given the opportunity. Past feedback both from store purchasers and Coles Abattoir kill group is excellent. Lambs are well bred by Gooramma poll Dorset's out of quality medium-large frame 1st cross Killarney Border Leicester ewes. Lambs have been trained to grain, being trail fed wheat.
Please Note:
- 50% of assessed group have light to medium Bathurst burr/Variegated Thistle on top of the neck/side of the body and bellies. Please see in photos.
- 20% of the assessed group carry dry/wet dag around the breech due to the fresh feed.
