Assessor Comments
A very smart line of Australian White mixed sexes still on mum to be weaned at delivery. Approx 215 ewe lambs and 165 wether lambs. Noticed the odd lamb still with rings on that were marked late. Bred from extremely good doing Australian White ewes carrying Tatykeel and Red Hill bloodlines. Previous purchasers have found these sheep to grow out well. There are approximately 10 lambs with a brown head or some brown tinge (see pics). They weighed approx 27kg average after overnight lock up. Lightest one at assessment sampled was 17 kg and up to 39 kg for the heaviest. These lambs are starting to get a reputation for growth and weight. Great lambs to start an Australian White operation. There are a couple of lambs with a red tag but these are just a couple of earlier lambs tagged with some leftover tags.
