Second draft of two lots of shorn Poll Dorset/Merino Cross Lambs offered off Dunrossil, Holbrook. This draft of lambs weighed between 34kg - 41kg through the auto drafter at assessment with another line of 220 weighing between 42kg & above offered. Vendor runs big numbers with high stocking rates with lambs bred out of Robust, Medium Frame Monaro & Eastern Riverina bred Merino Ewes by Ridgehaven & Barwon Poll Dorset Sires. These lambs will grow out into ideal heavy trade or export weights. Shorn mid December they have had ad-lib access to Barley through self feeders for the last 2+ months. Lambs that are ready to go straight to the feedlot or paddock and should make solid weight gains. Lambs have a solid history of performance from previous purchasers.
