Buyers, on offer is 400 Merino Wether Feeder Lambs. Lambs are sired by high indexing CentrePlus and Kambah Poll Merino genetics. All lambs were weighed at assessment into a tight weight bracket of 40-46kg to average 43.5kg. Lambs are approximately 4 weeks off shears and are responding well to a high nutrition diet grazing an oats crop. Lambs are an ideal article to continue to grow out to heavier specifications or retain as woolcutters. Most recently, lambs cut 3kg of wool after 5 months. Lambs are bred out of a genuine dual-purpose Merino flock whereby emphasis is based on sound structural conformation, growth and wool cut. Given wet seasonal conditions and grazing a lush Oats crop, there is the odd lamb displaying slight tenderness however all handled very well throughout assessment process.
