THERE WERE A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE SHEEP CLASSED HOGGETS THAT WERE JUST CUTTING THEIR TEETH.

A LARGE LINE OF YOUNG WESTERN BRED MERINO WETHERS. SHEEP ARE ONE MARK AND ARE FROM AJ & VJ LAWRENCE AT "BURTUNDY" AT IVANHOE. WETHERS ARE ALL COLLANDRA NORTH MERINO BLOOD . WETHERS HAVE BEEN RECENTLY SHORN IN MID MAY, THE 2021 WOOL RESULTS SHOW A 19 MICRON TEST. OVER HALF OF THE SHEEP MOUTHED WERE STILL LAMBS WITH THE OTHERS JUST CRACKING TWO TEETH OR FULLY UP. A BIT OVER HALF OF THE WETHERS ARE POLLED AND THE BALANCE CARRY NORMAL WETHER HORN. WETHERS DID IT TOUGH THROUGH A WET SUMMER THAT LED IN A COLD WINTER BUT NOW ON THE DO WITH THE INTRODUCTION ONTO THE OAT CROP IN MID JUNE. A LARGE TAIL HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS LINE OF WETHERS THAT HAVE NOW BEEN SHORN AND GIVEN A RECENT DRENCH, WETHERS SHOULD NOW CONTINUE TO BOUNCE FORWARD AND GROW INTO GOOD FRAMED WESTERN BRED WOOL CUTTERS.
