830 2nd X lambs OFFERED IN 2 LOTS OF 415 HEAD AS A RUN OUT OF THE GATE. Buyers, to be offered for sale A/C Chatsworth Pastoral are 415 Poll Dorset X Border Leicester/Merino Feeder Lambs. Each lamb individually weighed at 45+Kg at assessment after an overnight, 18 hour curfew off feed and water. These lambs are the top draft offered in the sale and averaged 47.6Kg at assessment. A very tight weight range of 45Kg to 52Kg. These lambs are impeccably bred, sired by Hillden, Pinewalla and Andbo Poll Dorset Rams and are out of medium to large framed Retallack and Bauer blood 1st X Ewes. There is plenty of time in these lambs, July/Aug drop. December shorn, they are crutched and ready to go. Vendor would normally grow out and fatten lambs into domestic and export weights, but due to season they are being offered to the market as ideal feeder lambs for June/July contracts. A rare opportunity presents itself to secure 8 Decks (offered in 2x 4 deck lots) of properly bred, vendor bred, 2X Lambs.
