Vasey Farm are offering a very good line of Shorn Merino Wether Lambs off "Vasey Farm". These are a genuine August/September Drop. They have been well weaned and grain trained being trail fed 4kg of Barley and Beans per week. They are Glendemar Blood and "Vasey Farm" have been on these genetics for quite a number of years and have been selecting for Carcase Traits and Meat Eating Quality as well as Wool Type with a strong emphasis on Micron and quality of the wool. These attributes are certainly showing through with last years lambs averaging 16.8kg Micron of White, Bright, Lustrous Wool. These Wether Lambs would be ideal to take on as a long term option for their wool or they would go into any feeding system to be grown out to Trade or Heavy Weight Kill Lambs. They are proven performers in feedlot operations and also on crops and stubble with great feedback from past purchasers. Please Note this Vendor has another 3 lots of these lambs in todays sale.
