Assessor Comments
A quality big run of store/feeder lambs that will be offered as 2 lots of 440 that are April shorn and inducted on grain/silage mix to go ahead for the winter and spring months. Lambs have been continually making kill weights the whole way through the autumn and early winter but the decision has been made to sell a good run of feeder lambs with the winter months ahead and valuable feed needing to be conserved for maternal flock going into lambing. Lambs have had the hard work done and just need the appropriate time to maximise this upside we are seeing currently in the sheep and lamb industry. Lambing dates are last of week of July to the first week of August so there is a good amount of time on hand if need be.
