450 White Suffolk x Merino lambs, all weighed 35-40kg to av 37.6kg full. Dropped in July / Aug 24, shorn and drenched on the 30th Jan. Sired by top Somerset WS rams, selected on ema, fat and growth. Bred by medium frame Nareen Station bred ewes. They have been grazing brassica and get 3kg/week of lentil / barley mix. These are the mids, the tops and bottoms will be kept and finished to 25kg. Lambs have stretch and plenty of leg, they will get to heavy trades no worries.
