Offering 8 decks representing the lead 900 head of the 2026 drop whether suckers to be sold in 2 lots of 450 head and delivered as run out the gate. Annual offering of the Humewood bred Bluebush Poll Merino blood weaned whether suckers. They are plain bodied, genetically large frame and true western bred merino lambs. They have been weaned onto quality irrigated sub clover and are on the do. This portion has been sold to the kill in recent years achieving 20-22.5kg carcass weights at 5-5.5 months of age. The balance have been grown out and sold at kill weights when target has been reached. The rams purchased are selected for muscle with carcass shape a priority and the evidence is in these lambs. They would be suitable to run on as wool cutters with the grown sheep producing around 20 micron wools cutting approx +5.5kg of fleece after rearing a lamb. All lambs have been jetted on the breech with Coopers Fly and Lice following assessment for piece of mind they are covered for fly strike. The majority are tail stripped with approx 2% later marked that haven’t been. A decent run of merino wether suckers with a long history of proven performance for the vendor and repeat and new purchasers. Vendor is offering the seconds, also some xb suckers and SIL merino ewes in today’s sales.
