Goolgumbla Blood Ewe Lambs for sale due to reduction in numbers before current lambing. All Ewe lambs would normally be retained, although large lambing % over the last 3 years and drying seasonal conditions means a reduction before they normally would. Widgeegoara flock is heavily classed by Chris Bowman for Wool type, cut and sheep structure with further classing done at Scanning with anything empty rejoined to terminal sires and sold. Average Ewe Flock micron approx 19 and grown ewe average 60kg.
These Ewe lambs show good characteristics in the wool and given the opportunity will grown into large frame breeders. Ewe Lambs are recently crutched and had a second Weaner Guard & Jetted at weaning. Lambs are September/October 2023 drop with this line drafted by eye and one would suspect majority would be October drop being the younger sheep out of the line. These lambs are going forward on fresh feed and have nice, bright stylish wool There are two un-crutched ewes noticed at assessment.
