Assessor Comments
A quality line of 480 x July/ August drop Poll Dorset X Merino Suckers. The lead draft of lambs for 2023, they present in fresh forward store condition displaying great shape and length of body for age. A 35% tail was drafted off at assessment. All lambs weighed between 31 and 45kg to ave 36.6kg at assessment. The lambs are very well managed with health treatments up to date. Recently drenched with Triguard and Flexolt (Note** within ESI until 7/1/2024). Lambs are typical of first cross lambs and a handful of lambs exhibit pigment on the face or small brown patches on the body. An excellent opportunity to purchase 480 x well bred first cross lambs to be weaned at delivery.
