The lead run of 1000/1600 J/A 23 drop that present in very good condition, cover & evenness. Where all weight from 32 kgs up to ave 36.7kgs and ranged from 32 to 52 kgs. All vet treatments are up to date. Estimate there would be 2.8 to 3.0 kgs of wool (@1230 cents/Kg) a $32 to $35 per hd gross value on their backs. All have been broken into trail feeding while still on ewes & once weaned. Boxleigh Park Stud/Flock is an RWS Accredited property. Main focus on breeding Genetics is their Quality Wools, fertility, early maturity, & growth. Shears every 6 months & receives premiums in the wool market for length, soundness & yields. Ideal wether lambs to carry on and shear, fatten for the domestic/Export markets or run on a wool growers and fatten for the hogget/mutton Markets.
