1,020 Shorn Dorset Cross Lambs to be offered in two equal lines of 510 head as a run out the gate. Bred out of Robust, Medium Frame Monaro & Eastern Riverina bred Merino Ewes by the Ridgehaven Poll Dorset Sires these lambs will grow out into ideal heavy trade or export weights. Shorn 2 weeks prior to assessment these lambs have really bounced ahead and made some solid weight gains in the last month. Started on barley, up to date with all animal health treatments and recently shorn all the hard work is done, ready to go straight to the feedlot or paddock and continue to grow. Aug/Sept drop lambs that offer plenty of time to hit target weights over the autumn/winter period without worrying about cutting teeth. 89% of lambs weighed between 34 - 40kg at assessment after an 8 hour curfew.
