An excellent line of high quality fresh 1st x Dorset/Merino lambs out of large frame Western Riverina merino ewes by Woodstock Poll Dorset rams. These lambs are typically retained to fatten and produce quality supermarket/export carcasses. Lambs are being offered as feeder weights due to surplus numbers. LAMBS WHERE TRAIL FED GRAIN POST WEANING. UPON WEANING LAMBS HAVE BEEN INDUCTED ONTO FEEDERS IN THE PADDOCK AND HAVE TAKEN TO GRAIN. Weaned for a month onto lucerne and clover as well as feeders with barley, with up to date health treatments given at weaning. A tail was removed at assessment under 30kgs (20%). These quality lambs offer immediate compensatory weight gains. Buyers please note this vendor offers another 400 2nd x lambs in this sale.
