An excellent run of Sept/Oct drop store lambs to be sold from Lochs Farming, quality mixed sex terminal x lambs. Selling a run (1680 as 3 x 560 semi loads) of majority White Suffolk/ Poll Dorset x composite lambs, coming from a 6500+ ewe flock that has focussed genetic selections on high growth, EMD and Fat on the maternal side, with a flock that has weaned 155% lambs to ewes joined in the past three years. Sires are White Suffolk/Poll Dorset bred to maximise hybrid vigour selecting heavily for PWT, PEMD and decent FAT levels. Lambs were drenched day prior to assessment, and are primed to quickly reach trade/export weights. Note- 3 lots could make up 2 b doubles, and delivery to Colac Saleyards can be organised to accommodate for this if required, please speak to agent regarding this.
