A great opportunity to secure a quality line of lead draft Merino wether lambs, with a tail removed being offered directly from Roselea Merino Stud. These lambs present in strong store condition, showing good wool cover and carcass development for age. Unshorn, carrying approx 50mm of wool, they are ideally suited to shear and grow out to heavier weights and will make a great retainer flock. Expected to cut around 18 micron at first shearing, maturing to approx 19.5 micron based on previous flock performance. With positive outlooks for both wool and sheep meat markets, this line offers genuine versatility and strong upside potential. Buyers please note lambs purses are still dropping off some deemed clean and a small percentage have dry dag down their legs.
