On offer are a very even line of Merino whether suckers with plenty of freshness & sappiness. Lambs are out of Poll Bluebush blood rams and are displaying plenty of length and depth, certainly large framed, plain bodied lambs with soft bright wool giving plenty of options. Lambs are out of a flock where grown ewes consistently cut over 6.5kg of 20 micron wool. Lambs have been jetted with Abbey fly & lice on the 10th September. These lambs have very light seed and medic bur in the wool but certainly hasn’t broken the skin as have killed lambs in the last week off the same farm. Lambs have been weaned at assessment and put into a fresh rye grass paddock with all effort being made to keep them out of barley grass. Due to being weaned at assessment lambs likely to dry out in the skin between now and delivery. There is a small % with dried dag which vendor will clean up before delivery.
