Englefield are offering their lead draft of 739 Merino Wether Lambs - August/September 2024 drop.
The Englefield flock is based on Nareeb Nareeb genetics and have been selecting top end sires for the past 75 years.
Lambs have been trail fed Barley Wheat & Lupins, supplemented with Vetch hay since January. The past 3 weeks lambs have been in a feedlot on a Mckenzie Ag lamb finisher mix with a notable improvement in condition & weight gain in the past 2 weeks!
On the 20th May lambs were drenched with Cydectin LV.
February shorn and mulesed.
The above consignment are certainly on the do and would make a great addition to any wool producers flock, or into a feedlot setup to target the promising winter/spring markets!
