A very neat, well bred line of quality July drop ewe lambs. JG Schultz has been using solely Cashmore Oaklea Sires for the past 10 years and concentrates on fertility & growth when selecting sires. In recent years shedding characteristics has been added to that selection criteria as well.
This line presents in fresh store condition & exhibit bone, shape, strong structure & legs, nice open heads and good clean points. Approx 25% show signs of shedding and potentially that could increase as time goes by.
They are 100% weighed between 30kg & 35kg to ave 32.4kg full weight at assessment.
I would be confident that on the right feed, these ewes will make joining weight by late Feb/March 2026.
A quality line of future breeders from a closed & healthy flock.
There is a heavier line of 125 ewe lambs in this same sale.
