Annual offering of the Humewood bred Bluebush Poll Merino blood weaned whether suckers. Offering 6 decks representing the second draft with a 10% tail removed at assessment and retained. They are plain bodied, genetically large frame and true western bred merino lambs. They have been weaned onto quality irrigated sub clover and are on the do. These lambs have typically been grown out and sold at kill weights when target has been reached. The rams purchased are selected for muscle with carcass shape a priority and the evidence is in these lambs. They would be suitable to run on as wool cutters with the grown sheep producing around 20 micron wools cutting approx +5.5kg of fleece after rearing a lamb. The majority are tail stripped with approx 2% later marked that haven’t been. All lambs have been jetted on the breech with Coopers Fly and Lice following assessment for piece of mind they are covered for fly strike. A decent run of merino wether suckers with a long history of proven performance for the vendor and repeat and new purchasers. Vendor is offering the tops, also some xb suckers and SIL merino ewes in today’s sales.
