These Wether lambs are the Younger 50%of the full drop. On last years figures they should cut 4 kg of wool(10 months) at around 17 Micron returning a top price of 1550c/ kg greasy. Of the number assessed, 73% were considered Very large framed and 19% large framed, 7% were considered medium frames (mostly due to being younger). Vendor pours a lot of money into his genetics (having paid up to $72000 for sires) and every year does a very heavy A.I. programme through his flock. Wilgunya is well known for Heavy wools cuts, Plain bodies, and big Western Frames.
