Assessor Comments
WPHS have been purchasing Lambpro genetics since its inception. Since 2009, the lead of Tom's Primeline Rams have been sourced, including high indexing stud sires, targeting fertility, shape and cover traits.
WPHS have built up a Primeline self replacing ewe flock based on a strict selection philosophy of fertility and performance under high stocking rate conditions and lambing as 1 year olds.
These were scanned in lamb ewes that failed to bring a lamb to marking as a 1 year old.
These ewes carry strong carcase attributes demanded in the prime lamb market.
Take advantage of this opportunity to source Primeline ewes that are bred to turnoff more kilos of lamb per hectare as they enter a productive breeding age.
