A opportunity to purchase a nice line of Poll Dorset Merino cross suckers that have been weaned and drenched ready to be shorn and put away for the autumn or winter markets. These lambs have been previously taken out to weights to suit trade and export markets. These lambs are out of medium to large framed Meadow View blood ewes. They have also been imprinted onto grain prior to weaning by the vendor. At assessment there was a 10% tail taken out of the mob. Also all the lambs were ran through a auto drafter into respective weight categories before being assessed. These lambs show good growth and shape. There is one other lot in the sale from the same vendor. NB Some lambs have been crutched due to being dirty at assessment. Also at assessment it was noticed that there was a very odd lamb with light scur.
