Ext. Breed
Boonerah composites have been used for the past 8 years, selecting for fertility, growth, structure and doing ability. Ewes are heavily culled annually on performace and structure. Wairere Romney rams were introduced 3 years ago.

1834 composite wth lambs, split into 3 lines, 800, 517 & 517. They were dropped in Aug/Sep 23 & weaned on 15/12 and given a EweGuard and their second 6SB12 vaccination. They averaged 38.9kg at assessment, and were shorn on the 20/1 and have been running on summer crop since whilst getting barley 3 times per week. Eddington was using Boonerah genetics for 8 year and have now used Wairere Romneys for the past 3 years. neat tidy lambs, that will get to 24/25kg easy given the right feed. All lambs will be crutched prior to delivery.
