Assessor Comments
Buyers a line of young Dorper wether lambs that are bred in light country and would certainly perform very well given an opportunity on more herbages, improved pastures or crop on heavier country. They will suit to background to desired heavier feedlot entry weights and still have plenty of time before teeth will appear being only 6-7 months old. The lambs appear to be fresh and lively and most don't look to have had a setback at any stage, however a small tail in them with only 5 lighter than 28kgs in the sample (see video for further clarification). Southern buyers please note these lambs are only 15kms from the major Cunningham Highway (Goondiwindi/Warwick road) and there could quite possibly be opportunities for backloading south with any major transport companies. They would be a light 2 decks so an empty B-Double or double deck unit would suit. Please note there are also the ewe portion in this sale that can be used to fill up a truck load.
