SWM are proud to offer 148 excess 2022 drop ewes, having lambed every year. These ewes would otherwise be retained if not for extra young sheep entering the system with the loss of a lease property. 30 years of breeding with the focus on high rainfall-tolerant wools, SWM sheep can go anywhere. Successfully non mulesed for 10 years evident in the low breach wrinkle and cover. All ewes have been attentively assessed for sound mouths and udders, averaging 78kgs purchase with confidence, these are easy doing breeders for years to come.
SWM Emphasis on positive fat has developed an easy doing, bright wooled, traditional SA frame merino ewe that suits merino, maternal or terminal breeding programs
