A good line of young ewes scanned 100% in lamb to Glenalvie Border Leicester rams, ewes with a good start in the skin. In this lot 293 ewes are Watervalley Dohnes & 90 Barloo bld merino ewes. Mouthed ewes handled at assessment with 5 head 2 tooths, balance lambs teeth, observed 3 head with small scur horn and 2 head with Black NLIS tags which were mouthed and are lambs. Merino ewes are December shn. Ewes present in good store to forward condition, being med to good frame, these ewes, given the opportunity, to be good matrons for years to come.
