THIS IS THE ANNUAL SALE OF THE PEMCAW EWE HOGGETS THAT ARE USUALLY NOT RETAINED. PEMCAW HAVE BEEN BREEDING SHEEP FOR THE LAST 120 YEARS. THESE EWES AVERAGE 55KGS LIVE AT ASSESSMENT AND ARE IN THEIR PRIME READY TO TAKE TO THE RAM OF YOUR CHOICE. EWES CUT 7-10KGS NOV 2022 AND ARE BRED TO BE HEAVY WOOL CUTTERS WITH EMPHASIS ALSO ON WOOL BRIGHTNESS, DENSITY AND STAPLE LENGTH.PLEASE NOTE APPROX 13% OBSERVED WITH SMALL SCUR AND THE ODD EWE OBSERVED WITH WATER STAIN IN WOOL. Odd EWE also observed with dermo, not detrimental.
