Lambs are starting to break teeth, with most of the wethers with teeth almost broken and teeth fully in wear.
Assessor Comments
A very good quality line of merino lambs and hogget's are on offer. They are approximately 13 to 18 months and present in good store condition and have good frame and stretch for their age and will continue to move forward and grow a quality fleece in the right environment. They are clean faced, plain boded and are mainly poled with very few horned. They were purchased from the Mitchell district last year as young lambs and have been running on what the vendor has described as Traprock country until delivery. At last years shearing their wool was 16.8 micron. Buyers who are wanting young robust whether Hoggets with all their lives in front of them look no further. Weight range of 30 to 56kg to average 42kg.
