A very well presented line of young Merino ewes 100% SIL to the Oakvale & Bonnie Doon WS rams. These ewes were bought in to utilise the abundant feed after very good Spring rains. They cut a power of wool, in excess of 8kg, and came out of the wool in terrific condition. Ewes joined up really well as shown in the scanning results. Pls note, ewes have both Floods Ck and Mt Browne tags in them but were all bred ex Mt Browne, north of Broken Hill. Quality line of ewes to take on a future breeders. Odd ewe still has udder from weaning a late drop lamb during joining. 2-5% ex WA ewes in this line with Maddock in tag. No Bathurst burr observed at assessment but does grow on property, odd shearing cut still healing up. Earliest delivery of these ewes would be Saturday 11th March. PLEASE NOTE: 190 Rising 2yo SIL Dohne / Merino cross ewes same joining, also for sale on same property.
