M/A White Dorper ewes SIL to the Low Footprint Lamb sires. Sires have been selected with a strong emphasis on full shedding ability, worm resilience and footrot EBV’s. 50% of this consignment comprises vendor bred ewes with the balance bought in. The purchased ewes were acquired ex A+ from the McClelland Family, Bealiba Vic and are Rangeland blood. Predominately younger ewes with the age break up as follows: of ewes assessed 13% 2020, 47% 2019, 29% 2018 and 11% 2017 drop. Ewes have been SIL at 124% (drys removed) from a tight 37 day joining 26/10-01/12/22. No ewes in this consignment have been shorn in their life and will produce progeny with the same traits. They are not overdone and will fatten to medium to large framed ewes if required. A quality line of ewes scanned in lamb to shedding sires with EBV’s to establish a performance recorded shedding flock.
