GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE PRODUCTIVE EWES WITH A SMALL REBATE ON THEIR BACKS. THESE EWES WERE PURCHASED FROM A+ FROM THE HAY AND WEST WYALONG DISTRICTS AND HAVE BEEN USED FOR FAT LAMB PRODUCTION. THEY HAVE DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB TO DATE. 10 FEET WERE INSPECTED AND THERE WAS ONE EWE WITH SLIGHTLY LONG TOES. THIS IS A RESULT OF BEING CONTINUOUSLY RUN ON SOFT COUNTRY WITH NO HOT DRY SUMMERS. DURING INSPECTION, NOTHING WAS FOUND TO HAVE HAD ANY HEAT, SMELL OR MOISTURE. POLL DORSET RAMS HAVE BEEN RUNNING AT TWO PERCENT WITH THESE EWES AND WILL BE IN FOR FIVE WEEKS BY THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
