Assessor Comments
A perfect opportunity to buy a flock dispersal of a well bred line of XB ewes. These ewes have been used for "stud" uses for the vendor breeding his own XB rams. These ewes are SIL to a Poll Dorset to drop 1st April for 6 weeks. I mouthed 10 of the older ewes and they were all sound mouth. Ewes are record by EID on singles & multiples of purchaser would like one line dotting before leaving it can be done. Please note vendor also has another line in this sale.
*Comment from the vendor -
Due to a change in direction we are dispersing our “stud” XB ewes. These ewes are the remaining tops of our Breeding Xb ewes. With the use of EID, these ewes have been heavily selected and only the best retained for breeding our own Rams. The breeding objectives were for fast growth rates on un supplemented paddock feed (no grain), high twinning ability and mild temperament. They are SIL to a Newbold Poll Dorset twin sire with excellent growth & muscling.
