A nice line of SIL mixed age vendor bred poll merino ewes that are only available for sale due to a change in farming direction for the Bennett’s who have decided to focus on breeding more merino lambs to increase numbers, and therefore the sale of their XBL breeding mob. These ewes would stand up well in most sheep flocks across the country, long plain bodied ewes with very good bone and depth of body which produce a fast growing trade/export lamb at 6-9 months old. These ewes have scanned up really well to the Suffolk rams at 147% and are in ideal lambing condition. Predominately orange and white tags with odd older and younger ewes amongst them (13 x 2.5yo / 41 x 3.5yo / 43 x 4.5 / 20 x 5.5yo). Vendor also has 367 black tag SIL ewes available in this same sale.
