Age Breakup: 90 ewes carry the Green tag for 2019. Balance appeared to be a relatively even mix of Orange and White but with probably a few more of the younger Orange tagged sheep.
Assessor Comments
A nice little line of younger Kerin Poll / Gullengamble blood ewes, December shorn and NSM. Green (2019), Orange (2018) & White (2017) drop ewes with 90 ewes in the mob carrying the Green 2019 tag. Unlike their older sisters also in this sale these ewes are generally not muelsed. Ready to be put to the rams of your choice at any stage. Majority of these ewes were bred at "Mullungeen", however, approx 10 - 15% were bred on the vendors property at Brewarrina along exactly the same bloodlines. On 18th of January all ewes were footpared, udders checked, drenched and run through the footbath as part of an annual process. Sisters of these sheep won the Cumnock ewe competition last year. Ewes with most of their lives still ahead of them, well and truly worth a look. Note delayed settlement date of 8th July.
