Assessor Comments
A line of White Dorper and Dorper ewes and lambs. These ewes & lambs are being offered for sale as part of a flock dispersal due to a change of enterprise. Ewes were identified as rearing lambs to the best of the assessor & delivery agent's ability by wet/dry from a large mob of 700 ewes at assessment. Lambs are sired by White Dorper and Australian White rams, and ewes have been running continuously with the same rams. Lambs are a mix of marked and unmarked. There were young lambs in the mob so some ewes which were uddered up may be close to lambing, so lamb count may differ slightly. Ewes are mixed age and there are older ewes in the mob which have not been mouthed. Vendor also has 3 lines of station mated ewes on offer in this sale. Noted 2 ewes which were carrying significantly more wool than the majority of ewes.
