Assessor Comments
This is a great opportunity to purchase a great line of 2-3 year old Merino ewes that are scanned in lamb to the Jackson's Poll Dorset rams. There are also a handful of 5-year-old ewes included in this lot.
Ewes have around 80 mm of wool on their backs and are due to start lambing around the 10th of May. These ewes were purchased from Barton Hill Poll Merino stud in a flock dispersal form South Australia and were put into Stud Park South- these ewes are now surplus to their stud requirements. Top quality ewes, you will not be disappointed in purchasing them.
Vendor will pay the transport of these ewes
within Victoria.
These ewes would match into any farming program and would go on to producing excellent Merino or Xbreed lambs. There are only 8 five-year-olds ewes in the draft and are all sound and healthy. Ewes have been crutched and wigged after the assessment.
