A nice line of 140 x NSM Sep/ Oct 2021 Drop Merino Ewes. As a group they will produce plenty of fine wool on a moderate frame. An excellent opportunity to purchase a healthy group of maiden ewes that would be well suited to a cross breeding operation. The ewes are surplus to the 'Roseglen' enterprise and were classed out of retained ewes predominantly due to fleece variation and faults. The ewes are unmulesed, any all will be crutched prior to delivery.
A tail was drafted out of this group at assessment.
Note: Approx. 1% of ewes were noted to have light fleece rot, characterised by markings on the tip. Approx. 1% of ewes exhibited small horn. Refer to media for wool photos.

We are pleased to offer our surplus ewe maidens, good young ewes who will continue to mature into wool growing matrons, our adult sheep vary between 17.5 - 18 micron and mature ewes cut between 6 - 6.5kg. Ewes to be crutched prior to delivery.
