Attention buyers! Outstanding Value Package – Quality Mallee-Bred Ewes & White Suffolk X Lambs at Foot.
On offer is a line of large-framed Glenlea Park Blood ewes, backed by consistent top-end ram purchases to maintain elite wool and maternal traits. These ewes present with the best part of 10 months worth of wool growth and are carrying a powerful line of White Suffolk cross lambs at foot.
With green feed emerging and strong lamb/mutton markets, this presents a simple and low risk short-term trade opportunity to wean the lambs, shear and hook the ewes then grow out the lambs for premium returns.
For the buyers confidence, the drys were removed from the mob and sent to Ouyen market last week to which they returned an average value of $233/hd.
Note: Majority of lambs are marked; a small portion of late drops will be marked prior to delivery.
