Goodwood Pastoral offers this nicely presented, well grown draft of SIL Composite ewe lambs (offered as a run out the gate of 550, vendor retaining balance). Goodwood have been sourcing Cashmore Oaklea genetics for over 8 years, with Mount Ronan (WA) genetics sourced more recently through ewe purchases for flock expansion. Presenting in principally forward condition, ewe lambs have been scanned 100% in lamb (singles) to the low birth weight Cashmore Oaklea maternal & terminal rams. With fertility a major selection criteria within the flock, you would expect these young ewes to be productive sheep in coming years despite scanning single at this age. Ewes are up to date with animal health treatments including Gudair, 6-in-1 (booster) and Campyvax vaccinations (vendor will provide second Campyvax prior to delivery at their expense). Vendor offers 690 SIL ewe lambs over three lots this sale, presenting a great opportunity to acquire young SIL ewes, bred for performance and productivity.
