Assessor Comments
An excellent line of Sep/ Oct 2022 Drop SIL Primeline Ewes. Scanned in lamb at 191% to Primeline Rams. The ewes present evenly as a group and exhibit depth and length of body with thickness through the loin and hindquarters. The ewes are in forward condition but not over fat and are in great shape leading into winter. All ewes that do not scan in lamb or rare lambs are classed out annually. The August lambing group of 1325 ewes scanned at 198% with 98.8% conceiving in the 6 week joining. The 1.5 year olds will be offered in 2 x groups of 150 head. Ewes will be delivered on a pro rata basis to reflect their scanning result. Singles are marked on the shoulder (purple) and triplets are marked on the high bone (blue).
Euroka Pastoral will offer 1300 SIL ewes representing their entire August lambing group. An opportunity to purchase multiple lines of ewes from a very well managed flock.
Ewes will commence lambing from the 1st August.
