Account of DR & L Guthridge . Part flock Dispersal due to the upcoming sale of the property.
Offering a line of May/June 2017/2016 drop Merino ewes. There is approx 10% younger ewes in this mob which are 2019 drop. These ewes are good medium/large frame and present in forward condition. The Guthridge breeding flock is based on Keddleston Park bloodlines with the vendor breeding his own replacement rams. Sheep are middle of October shorn, light mulse and have a full crutch at the start of march. This line of ewes were depastured to the White Suffolk rams from 07/12/21 to 09/01/22. The mob were scanned in lamb at 143% on the 9th of March. All dry ewes were removed and twin bearing ewes have a blue dot on the back. All the hard work has been done and all you need to do is sit back for lambing in May.
Ewes were mouthed prior to joining. Odd ewe missing teeth . Odd ewe tagged with a different colour tag but are 2016/2017 drop.
