Ext. Breed
The Super Border rams seem to have injected that extra length into the lines. These ewes are some of the best I would assess each year.

Assessor Comments
Presenting a very smart line of vendor bred 1st cross ewe lambs which have been scanned up in lamb to very good quality Poll Dorset rams. These ewes are regularly some of the best quality 1st cross ewes we assess each year and the vendor has again done a very good job with management to present them in ideal condition, scanned up ready for sale. They are predominantly large frame for their age, there is a small portion that is behind the majority in size but they have conceived so can't be that far behind. Approx 4 head noticed with small scurr horns and the odd ewe with a small black spot on the ear. The scanner found 70 ewes to be carrying multiples and 83 singles. They have had all the health treatments with a worm count 14 days after last drenching showing zero. Based on the mothers, these ewes should grow out to be large framed matrons with a bright future. The vendor has used Super Border genetics over the past few years with excellent results. A very nice line.
