These ewes are exceptionally fertile breeding stock and have been running around 160% as a full flock, at scanning, for last few years. This lot of 155 ewes were all scanned in lamb this season. Property is now sold. Full flock for sale. Younger sisters in same sale. Lambs in lamb sale.
Lambs will be weaned from ewes at delivery. Flock as a whole will wean 134% this year.
Open faced, free growing merinos that are classed Pastora blood.
Originally bred by the Adler family at Tallimba (West Wyalong area) and purchased at W/Wyalong store sale as flock dispersal.
They’re medium micron sheep that will micron 18.5-19mic and cut approx 7kg of fleece.
Only being sold due to the sale of property. Ewe body weights are at low point with big percentage of lambs drawing on ewes at present. Of 20 ewes mouthed all showed solid blocky mouths, bar one that had lost 2 wing teeth.
Wonderful opportunity to buy, quality, classed merino ewes.
